Top Ten Tuesday: YA Books I Can't Believe I Haven't Read

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week a new prompt is provided and book bloggers, like me, share their top ten lists.

This week's prompt-
Top Ten YA Books I Can't Believe I Haven't Read

The Maze Runner by James Dashner

I honestly don't know much about this book but I do know that I've seen it all over the place and I only hear good things about it.

The Giver by Lois Lowry

This is a book that has been around since I was a little girl and I always heard how wonderful it is. Now with the movie being out I feel like this has had some renewed hype and deserves a second look.

Divergent by Veronica Roth

Even though this book is completely different than The Hunger Games, I've read that many people compared it to that and really enjoyed it. I feel like this is one I need to check out soon.

Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell

I know. I can't believe I haven't read this one either. Consider it a 2015 goal.

If I Stay by Gayle Forman

I bought this book a long time ago and keep meaning to read it but just haven't gotten around to it yet. Part of me is worried about the storyline and how much emotion I can handle, but I know I will get to it soon.

Anna and the French Kiss

I honestly cannot wait to read this book! This was probably the most talked about book I saw last year and I want to join in on the fun!!

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children

How can you not be curious about this creepy book?

Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher

This is another one that I'm not sure how much emotion I can handle in a book and that's why I've been putting it off. I will have to wait until the time if right with this book.

Cinder by Marissa Meyer

As it seems a little sci-fi/fantasy/futuristic, I wasn't sure if this was going to be a book I was going to enjoy. However, I have heard a lot about it and feel like I am one of the few who hasn't read it.

The Host by Stephanie Meyer

I will admit, I was a huge fan of the Twilight series so hearing that she had another book out I was pretty excited. Flash forward seven years and I still haven't read it, but eh, someday right?
